Who is booked into the office on a given day, and where they are sitting. Colleagues with an allocated desk are listed too — they never book, they simply have one.
Your own name is shown to colleagues unless you turn it off in your settings. Turning it off hides your name and your desk, never the fact that a desk is taken.
